ITS ABOUT TIME!

Here are some updates.......

Ok so what a week! I got to enjoy dinner last night with Matthew and his father at Texas de Brazil, o o o! That's all I have to say about that place! It was so delicious, all the meat and salad you could eat. And I am not talking about some hamburger, this was filet minion, lamb leg(which was my favorite) and so much more!!! I kind of felt like a carnivore! It was every mans dream...
Today I have an Ed Psych test I am a little worried about, but I have studied and prepared myself for the worse...this too shall pass....

Oh and lastly I have to give a mad shout out to the most considerate, kind, and wonderful person in the world!!! That would be my Matthew, yesterday when I got out of class and got into my car I was just about to drive off and I noticed something on my hood, it was a bouquet of beautiful flowers!! He is a keeper!! Girls do not settle, there is one out there for you too!

Tomorrow is Not Promised Current mood: anxious Category: Life

"Tomorrow is Not Promised. Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they are meant to be there. They serve some sort of purpose, or help figure out who you are and who you want to become. You never know who these people may be; your neighbor, child, long lost friend, lover, or even a complete stranger who, when you lock eyes with them you know at that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way. And sometimes things happen to you and at the time they seem painful and unfair, but in reflection you realize that without overcoming those obstacles. You would have never realized your potential strength, will power, or heart. Everything happens for a reason. Nothing happens by chance or by means of good or bad luck illness, injury, love, lost moments of true greatness and sheer stupidity. All occur to test the limits of your soul. Without these small tests, whether they be events, illnesses, or relationships life would be like a smoothly paved straight flat road to nowhere, safe and comfortable, but dull and utterly pointless. The people you meet who affect your life. And the successes and downfalls you experience create who you are and even the bad experiences can be learned from. In fact, they are probably the most poignant and important ones. If someone hurts you, betrays you or breaks your heart, forgive them for they have helped you learn about trust and the importance of being cautious to whom you open your heart? If someone loves you love them back unconditionally, not only because they love you, but because they are teaching you to love and opening up your heart and eyes to things you would have never seen or felt without them. Make every day count; Appreciate every moment and take from it everything that you possibly can For you may never be able to experience it again. Talk to people you have never talked to before and actually listen. Let yourself fall in love. Break free and set your sights high. Hold your head up because you have every right to. Tell yourself you are a great individual and believe in yourself. For if you don?t believe in yourself, no one will believe in you either. You can make of your life, anything you wish. Create your own life And then go out and live in it live each day as if it were your last Tomorrow is Not Promised, and Nothing ever promises tomorrow today!"

Breath Bobbi Breath.... Current mood: productive
Breath in Breath out....things that I have to remind myself of today...
So as you can see I am back from spring break and let me just say this, everyone must go to D.C and Philadelphia!!! If you are an American citizen you must see the Declaration of Independence up close and in person! We had a blast though, from Philly Cheese Steaks, The Liberty Bell, The Today Show, to the Empire State building! And through all of it I actually had some great theological discussions as well, which if you know me at all; you know that I love those kinds of discussions....hey as iron sharpens iron!

Now that I am back to the "real" world, it is quite hectic, but I am continuing to perfect the skill of a well balanced life! HA! lol...but its been such a fun week I went to PF Chaings ( my favorite) for Matthews Birthday dinner, the Nashville Predators Hockey Game on Monday, which was an experience in itself, and then last night Matthew and I did my most favorite thing, we played board games!!! I have never met a guy that is so patient and has so much fun with me!! I learned a new game called Mikala? I think that's what its called it was a lot off fun:) I met with my personal trainer today and I am really enjoying weights, never thought I would say that! He has me on a pretty intense routine and I am having to eat 6 small meals a day, so with my busy schedule that has been a lot of fun to juggle...so yes I am happy to be back in the "real" world but it is going to be a tough 8 final weeks till graduation!!!

This upcoming month has a lot in store for me, I am flying to Minnesota twice and then to California for Easter :) and in there somewhere I turn the big 2# ooo I can't say it!!!

God Will Unfolding....

What another wonderful week....between dangerous bike rides, margarita Wednesdays, and DANCE DANCE revolution, I have had so much fun:) I think that I even might be going Ice Skating tonight (I have never been)!!!, just another refreshing week all together.

So I found a place to live:) Mandy, Fran, and I are moving into the Villas in Cordova in May, but I will be in Minnesota working for youth works this summer so I won't be able to enjoy it until August...but I am still real excited, there real nice and the price fits perfectly!!!
So I finally did it I got a personal trainer!!! I have been wanting to do this for a long time and I am finally cracking down...I just want my early y 20's to be a time where I can say I was in the best shape of my life, heck I want to be able to say that when I am 50!!!

Ok I leave on Saturday for the ultimate East Coast Road trip!!! My roommates, Mandy, and I are headed to Washington DC, New Jersey, Maryland, NYC...the whole works!! I am so excited I can not wait to ice skate in the Rockefeller center, see the Declaration of Independence, and hit the slopes even!!! Its going to be so much fun and quite exhausting but its all worth it!

God has been teaching me a lot about surrendering and letting go! I know this is something that I continue to learn every day but its funny how I dont ever apply it to my life, but lately I have had no choice in the matter....it's just happening, I am not planning....."LIFE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ARE PLANNING"- I love this quote but I think i would change it to "GODS WILL UNFOLDS WHILE WHEN YOU ARE PLANNING"!
